1. General

baji vp is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By registering on this platform, playing games or placing bets, you automatically and fully accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the site.

baji vp reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to open an account and participate in any gaming or betting activity on baji vp is 21 years. Valid identification may be required for age verification, and baji vp reserves the right to check the age of any account. We are committed to preventing access by minors.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If a person is found to have more than one account, all accounts may be suspended and any bonuses held in them will be considered void. Providing accurate and complete information at the time of account creation is mandatory.

3.2 Limits and Processing Times

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (applicable to all methods). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Additional identity verification may be required for transactions above a certain amount or for unusual transactions.

3.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that they are using only legitimate funds that belong to them. Using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The baji vp welcome bonus is 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any withdrawal can be made.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, making the balance ৳2,200. To withdraw, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagering is required.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

Various promotional offers are provided from time to time, including weekly reload rewards, slot festival bonuses, cricket mania offers, birthday gifts and friend referral rewards. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, wagering requirements and validity period.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A promotional offer may be claimed only once, unless the offer description states otherwise.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• baji vp reserves the right to investigate suspicious bonus claims and cancel bonuses.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed. If a technical problem or error produces an abnormal result, baji vp reserves the right to void that bet. Displayed odds and payout information are kept as accurate as possible, but may change due to technical errors.

5.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket, football and various other sports. For bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international tournaments, baji vp will take action in accordance with applicable rules if a match is cancelled or postponed. If a match ends before the scheduled time, bet settlement will be done according to the applicable rules of that sport.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

The results of all casino and slot games are determined by verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) information for each game can be found in that game's description. If a technical problem occurs during a game, the support team should be notified immediately.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct

Any form of manipulation, use of bots, automated play through software or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

6. VIP Program

The baji vp VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each level provides a weekly cashback benefit — Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0% and Gold up to 1.5% on weekly net losses.

For example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 in cashback. Moving up to a higher level depends on regular and active play. baji vp reserves the right to set and revise the criteria for VIP level changes.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by baji vp

baji vp may suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Any clause of these Terms is violated.
• An account is created using false information.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Harmful software is used to exploit the platform.

7.2 Closure by the User

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the baji vp platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of baji vp or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing or commercially using any part of this content without written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and other studios is governed by their own intellectual property policies.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between baji vp and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.

If any difference arises between the English and Bengali versions of these Terms, the Bengali version will take precedence.
